Responsible Sourcing
At IAG, we are guided by our purpose to make your world a safer place. Key to living this purpose is being a responsible and ethical business.
Supplier Code of Conduct
IAG has developed a Supplier Code of Conduct to clarify expectations of our suppliers in relation to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related issues.
Environment
IAG has been carbon neutral since 2012. We expect our suppliers to comply with relevant environmental protection laws, regulations and standards and establish programs that seek to reduce the environmental impact of their operations and supply chain.
If you are interested to learn more about IAG’s Climate Action Plan, our ESG performance and approach to responsible and ethical business, please visit the Sustainability area of our website.
Human rights and modern slavery
We respect human rights and are committed to preventing and ending all forms of modern slavery, child labour and human trafficking in our supply chain.
IAG has prepared a Modern Slavery Statement in compliance to the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). This is IAG’s third statement and covers the reporting period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 (FY22).
All editions of our Modern Slavery Statements are available below:
Reportable conduct
If our suppliers and people working along our supply chain become aware of IAG misconduct, such as improper behaviour, illegal activity or fraud, they can report it anonymously by calling:
- Australia and Asia: +61 1800 110 287
- New Zealand: +64 800 407 627
