• myLeave — 5 days extra leave for whatever you need – moving house, pet to the vets, relatives in town and the things important to you.
• FlexiPlace — Work from home, a main IAG site, or from an IAG hub. Including either in NZ or Australia because sometimes we want to work elsewhere for a bit of change, that’s why we offer the option to work up to 30 days annually on either side of the Tasman from your normal work base.
• FlexiTime — Adjusted start / finish times, reduced hours, compressed working weeks / fortnights.
• FlexiJob — Job sharing and secondments
• FlexiLeave — Sorry Business leave, holiday swap, career break, defence force leave, shorter working year, mid-service leave from 7 years, long service leave and more
