IAG’s Group Diversity Equity & Inclusion Policy outlines IAG’s commitment to embracing differences and building an organisational culture that is inclusive and equitable – recognising and respecting the diversity of our employees, customers, suppliers, and communities that we serve.

We support our DEI vision by:

  • Advancing gender equity through working to reduce the gender pay gap. See our Gender Pay Gap Statement for details

Our commitment to reconciliation

IAG is guided by the knowledge and voice of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Maori peoples to collaborate on Indigenous-led solutions that enable growth, develop resilience and provide meaningful change.

In 2013, IAG was the first major insurer to introduce a Reconciliation Action Plan, and in June 2022 introduced its latest Stretch RAP.

Our RAP shares that we're committed to uplifting the employment experience of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees and potential new employees via:

  • Targeted attraction, development, and retention initiatives
  • Driving cultural safety at all levels and across all business divisions
  • Commercial investment in Indigenous partnerships and scholarships
