A hybrid flexible life at IAG
Five days myLeave: On top of your annual leave, take an extra 5 days for whatever you need – moving house, refresh days, pet to the vets, relatives in town or anything important to you.
FlexiPlace: Work from home, a main IAG site, or from an IAG hub. Including either in NZ or Australia. We offer the option to work up to 30 days annually on either side of the Tasman from your normal work base.
FlexiTime: Adjusted start/finish times, reduced hours, compressed working weeks/fortnights.
FlexiJob: Job sharing and secondments.
FlexiLeave: Sorry Business leave, public holiday swap, career break, defence force leave, shorter working year, mid-service leave from 7 years, long service leave and more.

Industry-leading Parental Leave
- 20 weeks full pay, or 40 weeks half pay
- Available from the day you start
- Primary and secondary carer neutral
- Flexible options to return to work
Carers Leave: You can take this leave when someone in your family or home is sick or hurt or needs your care during an emergency.
Gender Affirmation Leave: 20 days paid leave to support employees who identify as transgender or gender diverse as they undertake gender transition or affirm their gender identity (for a maximum of 3 years).
Family Domestic Violence (FDV) Leave: Uncapped FDV Leave for employees experiencing domestic and family violence and 10 days leave if you're providing support to an immediate family member or household who is experiencing family and domestic violence.
Additional Leave Options: We have a range of leave options including compassionate leave, volunteer leave and the option to purchase additional annual leave to support you when needed most.
