Christine joined Insurance Australia Group in 2019 as Group Executive, People, Performance & Reputation. She is responsible for Climate & Sustainability, Corporate Affairs and People & Culture.

Christine has held senior appointments in banking, professional consulting services and telecommunications. Her career includes international experience working with global teams across multiple regulatory and employment jurisdictions. She has led organisational initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, change management, climate action plans and corporate and media affairs.

Prior to joining IAG, Christine held executive positions in Banking, Professional Services and Telecommunications.

Christine has a Masters in Industrial Relations and continued her development in Postgraduate Qualifications in leadership, climate & sustainability and neuroscience and positive psychology.
