IAG Update regarding Optus outage
Some IAG services for customers across our brands, which include NRMA Insurance, RACV Insurance, CGU and WFI, are currently impacted by the Optus mobile network and internet outage. At this stage, our customers may not be able to contact our call centre and our consultants may have issues contacting customers.
There are still options available for customers who need to get in contact to lodge, discuss a claim or purchase insurance policies. They can do so via:
NRMA Insurance customers:

- Visit an NRMA Insurance branch for in-person support. To find your nearest branch visit: https://www.nrma.com.au/branches-finder
RACV Insurance customers:

CGU customers:

- Customers can also contact their broker who can access support via CGU’s Broker Portal or through their CGU Broker Representative.
WFI customers:

Tara Recovery Centre (Tara, QLD)
IAG Claims Consultants are available at the Tara Memorial Hall on the corner of Fry and Day Streets should customers impacted by the recent bushfires wish to visit in-person to lodge or discuss a claim.
ICA Community Forum (Molong, NSW)
IAG Claims Consultants are also present at the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) Community Forum in Molong, New South Wales to visit in-person and discuss claims related to the 2022 floods.
