Get ready for a big career
In our 18-month Graduate program you'll launch a career that's ready for anything. Working on cutting-edge projects you'll be part of a large trans-Tasman team helping to make your world a safer place. Using your degree you'll develop resilient work and life skills, take part in tailored workshops, participate in company-wide activities, be supported with senior leader mentorship and play an integral part in a purposeful business.

These are some of the areas in our business who welcomed graduates this year
If you have these, you'll be ready to apply in our next intake
- A university degree from 2022-2024 or be in your penultimate year of your degree with graduation expected by the end of 2024
- An average credit achievement (65%+), and
- Are an Australian and/or New Zealand citizen or Australian and/or New Zealand permanent resident
